The steps to working together

1. A thorough assessment - your cat deserves the best behaviour support

I receive your cat’s clinical history and referral form from your vet and I study it (I do not want to be suggesting things such as extra intense play that may hurt them if they have arthritis for example).
2. Understanding what you are experiencing and instant support before we meet

I read through the questionnaire you have sent back to me and I send some guidance straight away to give you some relief and results straight away
3. Let’s begin

We meet for our 90 minute consultation and get to the root cause - the emotion and motivation that is driving your cat's behaviour. I send you a report with helpful handouts and videos and have regular check in's with you.
4. Follow on support

We can have follow up sessions together so you’re set up for a lifetime of results - you’re not alone and the support continues for 2 more sessions after the consultation.

It was at the point that it had become almost impossible to manage, and I had been unable to establish the cause or work out a solution.
