Steps to booking

  • Contact me to discuss how I can help you and your cat(s) and the service you need.

  • If I can offer you and your cat support then depending on the service I will ask you to contact your vet for a referral and for them to send all your pets clinical history (this is important so I am not suggesting anything that could exacerbate a current problems)

  • I will then send you a link to book in the time and date for the consult (this can be done online or in person depending on yours and your cats need and location). The booking link also has a you a questionnaire for you to fill out

  • A full behavioural consultation is up to 1.5 hours long with 2 x 1 hour follow up sessions and includes pre consultation research, a report, a report for your vet, help filling out insurance forms and follow up support on Whatsapp/Email worth one hour

  • Cat advice services are different - please look at the services page for advice. I do not work on vet referral for these challenges as they are preventative problems - if your cat has a behavioural challenge please take a look at the other services. If you are unsure what you need please contact me 01727537289 and I can always suggest suitably qualified colleagues if I am not available.

Lisa was so helpful when she visited our home to give advice on how to reduce the conflict between our several cats.

We were required to provide background information in advance, but she’d read it all and our session with us was packed with incredibly useful advice. Over time we’ve implemented all her recommendations and each stage has helped to create a more harmonious atmosphere. She left us with details of plenty of reading material so we can keep learning.

We would highly recommend her services to others.”
