Steps to booking

  • Contact Lisa to arrange a free consultation to discuss how she can help you and your cat(s) and the service you need.

  • If I can offer you and your cat support then depending on the service I will ask you to contact your vet for a referral and for them to send all your pets clinical history (this is important so I am not suggesting anything that could exacerbate a current problem

  • I will then send you a link to book in the time and date for the consult (this can be done online or in person depending on yours and your cats need and location). The booking link also has a you a questionnaire for you to fill out

  • A full behavioural consultation is up to 3 hours long and includes pre consultation research, a report, a report for your vet, help filling out insurance forms and follow up support on Whatsapp/Email worth one hour

  • Cat advice services are different - please look at the services page for advice. I do not work on vet referral for these challenges as they are preventative problems - if your cat has a behavioural challenge please take a look at the other services.
